Much of my work consists of drawing on things. Be it books, spools, pieces of wood, or other artist's art. I feel compelled to intrude and comment on the objects around me by covering them with inky lines. The content tends to gravitate towards unsettling and disconcerting narratives. I like getting to be a bad person through my work. * * * Hollow Books Harcover books with drawn dust sleeves and hollow centres for holding secrets. Thrift Store Art Interventions on pieces of art and prints that I found in thrift stores. No York City Series of photographs of me frowning in front of negative New York signs. |
